Shipping policy

At Road Doctors LLC, we’re committed to getting your asphalt equipment and supplies to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Our goal is to provide a smooth shipping experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via standard economy shipping, which typically takes 5–8 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the size of the order. While most shipments will arrive within this timeframe, please note that delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays may occasionally extend delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Destinations

Road Doctors LLC currently ships to all locations within the continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please contact us directly to discuss shipping availability and rates.

Freight Shipments

Some larger equipment may ship via freight carrier. In these cases, delivery times may vary based on carrier schedules and location accessibility. Our team will contact you directly to coordinate delivery if your order requires freight handling.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement. Claims for damaged or missing shipments must be made within 7 days of delivery.
